Job Description
The Beacon Program seeks a dynamic individual to work with the Program Director to ensure the quality and integrity of all activities. The Outreach Worker will be responsible for outreach, engagement and retention to youth and families.
Requirements
- Serve as liaison between community, partners and stakeholders
- Weekly communication with parents and participants
- Maintain quarterly advisory board meeting
- Coordinate program schedule and flyers; manage supply usage
- Manage trip details, rosters, itinerary and parental consents
- Manage participants’ attendance input online for DYCD
- Monthly check in with staff regarding safety plan and evacuation procedure
