Job Description
The Program Aide supports the daily operations of the Summer Teen Expansion Program (TEP) by providing front desk coverage, administrative support, and logistical coordination for program activities. This role ensures accurate attendance tracking, assists with communication and documentation, and helps maintain an organized and welcoming program environment. The Program Aide will also support program staff with operational needs, assists with special events, and helps ensure participants and visitors receive accurate information about program activities and services.
Requirements
- Experience in arts education, creative programming, DIY crafting, or visual arts instruction.
- Experience working with youth in educational, afterschool, or community programs preferred.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage materials and project timelines.
