Requirements

• A completed MBO-4 or HBO-education in the direction of care or well-being.
• Good communication skills and the ability to quickly switch.
• A calm and professional attitude, which provides clients with the necessary rest and safety, even under pressure.
• Experience in psychiatry is a plus
