Recruiter

We are looking for a recruiter who can connect care professionals with organizations in the mental health care and disability care sector. As a recruiter, you will conduct conversations with candidates and companies, match candidates with job openings, and contribute to the growth of our flexible pools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter
• Strong communicative and social skills
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a healthy dose of humor
• Stress-resistant and structured, with an eye for the next step
• Affinity with the care sector is a must, involvement a plus
