Weâre looking for a Staff Product Manager to own high impact product areas across the donor experience. This role sits at the intersection of customer empathy, data, and emerging AI -building experiences that increase donor trust, conversion, and long-term engagement while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end checkout experience, driving improvements in conversion, payment success rates, and donor retention
- Build delightful, intuitive experiences grounded in customer empathy and real-world behavior
- Leverage data, experimentation, and customer feedback to increase conversion
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, go-to-market, and data science partners to execute effectively
- Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding user needs, motivations, and pain points
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product and GTM decisions, define success metrics, and track outcomes
- Champion your product internally - building clarity, excitement, and alignment across teams while influencing without authority
- Drive strong execution by transforming ambiguity into disciplined execution - defining scope, sequencing work, mitigating risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring teams deliver against commitments
