Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery. The role requires strategic planning, stakeholder management, and team leadership while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (plus)
- Agile/Scrum certification (strongly preferred)
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proven experience managing project budgets of $1M+
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
