Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior AI & Automation Engineer to lead our AI agent development and enterprise automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Define and own the AI and automation strategy and roadmap for the organization
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using LLM frameworks
- Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Champion AI adoption across teams by educating stakeholders, running proof-of-concepts, and demonstrating ROI of AI-driven automation
- Design and develop end-to-end workflow automations using n8n, Power Automate, and other automation platforms
- Build and orchestrate complex multi-tool integrations across the SaaS ecosystem
- Integrate with REST APIs, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API, OData endpoints, and custom connectors to create seamless data flows between systems
- Build responsive Canvas Apps using Power Apps and develop chatbots/copilots using Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
- Act as the subject matter expert on AI and automation
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into automated solutions
