Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Medium-Term Mine Planning Engineer to join our team at St Ives. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating the optimal extraction of gold ore through comprehensive underground mine planning, design, evaluation, and scheduling. You will work closely with a diverse team and have opportunities for mentoring and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mining engineering
- First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency (desirable)
- High level of skills in Deswik CAD, Deswik SO and Deswik IS
- Extensive underground mining experience in production, ventilation, projects, paste fill, planning and scheduling
