Member Service Specialist (Placer County) (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Provide members the highest level of service available in an efficient and courteous manner. Process monetary transactions, maintain accurate records, and balance each day’s transactions. Proactively engage with members to identify products and services designed to assist them in achieving their financial goals.

Requirements

• Process and audit financial transactions
• Provide Golden 1 services to members
• Assess members' needs and identify opportunities to help them
• Identify and report fraudulent activity
• Maintain current knowledge of Golden 1 products and services
• Perform additional responsibilities essential to the operations of the branch
