The Fulfillment Specialist position is responsible for providing high-level service to Golden 1 members, ensuring timely and accurate responses to member inquiries and concerns, and performing various support functions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Successful completion of High School curriculum
• Two years or more experience at a financial institution providing customer service
• Thorough knowledge of Golden 1 Credit Union procedures, products and services
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Professional member relations skills & telephone etiquette
• Proficient computer skills and software experience
