Bilingual Social Worker - Early Start (Spanish Required)

We are hiring for a Bilingual Social Worker in our Early Start Division. This is a hybrid flex schedule role that requires fluency in Spanish and involves working with families of clients aged 0-3. The successful candidate will conduct needs assessments, develop action plans, and provide information to families and community agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of social welfare or related human services field. Master's Degree preferred
• Case Management experience with infants or children under 4 strongly preferred
• Ability to speak clearly and be understood by native Spanish speakers and to understand relevant spoken/written dialects, as appropriate
