Requirements

• Consistently adhere to GVHC's communication guidelines and expectations
• Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and supervisors
• Obtain an appropriate medical history and perform a physical examination
• Order specific laboratory studies and x-rays as needed
• Maintain a current problem list, medication list, and immunization record
• Promote health and disease prevention through age-appropriate interventions
• Maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
• Participate regularly in quality assurance and peer review activities
• Administer medication to patients as needed
