Job Description
The Senior Epic Application Analyst will lead the Epic application design, build, testing, training, support, and project management. The role operates in close coordination with the IT leadership, HIT application and training, IT service desk and IT engineering teams.
Requirements
- Act as the primary support contact for assigned application's end-users
- Maintain knowledge of assigned Epic and other HIT application(s) configuration management
- Manage support requests through IT Service Management software
- Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for assigned application(s)
- Lead GVHC Epic workgroups and councils to determine future needs and requirements
- Review the work of Epic Application Analyst I and II to ensure usage of Epic and organizational best practices
- Lead and manage Epic and HIT projects as assigned
- Obtain and maintain Epic certifications and badges as needed by the organization
- Maintain knowledge of applicable data privacy and security practices and regulations
