Job Description
The Senior Epic Application Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Epic applications within a healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Epic certification in one or more relevant modules
- Several years of experience working with Epic applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JIRA ticketing system
- Ability to work on rotational after hours and Saturdays as needed
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and healthcare industry regulations and best practices
