Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience
• 10 years of experience in supervising construction and equipment and installation works
• Proven experience in supervising construction projects of industrial plants and mining
• Leadership skills for project management and team supervision
• Ability to work above 4,000 msnm and in different mining regimes
