Join our Premier Property Management Team as a Maintenance Tech 3 in Ashbury, Fargo, to create a better living for residents and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves solving problems, completing service requests, and making repairs in a reliable, timely, and safe manner.
Requirements
- High school degree, GED, or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience, handyman, and knowledge in maintenance repairs
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and meet company insurability requirements
- Ability to operate common office equipment, basic computer skills, and mobile devices
