Job Description
GoMaterials is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Prepping Team Lead to oversee the Quote Prepper team and ensure the smooth, accurate processing of quotes, orders, and vendor catalogues.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a data entry, operations coordination, administrative, or supply chain role.
- Demonstrated ability to train or guide others, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to reviewing and processing information.
- Strong prioritization skills: able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM or data management tools (HubSpot or similar).
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and hold a team accountable.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English.
