We are looking for an Object Leader: in (m/w/d) for an object in Frankfurt (Rödelheim) with above-average pay, own vehicle, and attractive benefits. The role involves quality control, customer care, and sales of additional services.

Requirements

• Conduct quality control and initiate necessary measures in case of defects and perform final inspection (general object management)
• Advise customers and sell additional services, create and adapt offers and performance schedules, prepare glass measurements
• Intensive customer care personally, by email and phone
• Presence at basic and maintenance cleaning and acceptance of the services by the customer
• Availability to be present on site beyond regular working hours, e.g. in the evenings for the monitoring of the execution of work
• Training as a cleaner or further education as an object leader or comparable qualifications (desired)
• Several years of experience in cleaning, quality assurance or facility management (desired) - welcome to new entrants
• Good German knowledge in word and writing
• Driving license (Class B)
• Friendly appearance, assertiveness, reliability and willingness to engage
• Safe handling of MS Office
