Job Description
We are looking for an immediate hire for a Head of Maintenance Operations (m/f/d) for Riedstadt and the surrounding area with a salary above the tariff rate and attractive benefits.
Requirements
- Completion of a training as a building cleaner or further education as an object manager or comparable qualifications
- Several years of work experience in the field of building cleaning, quality assurance or facility management
- Good German language skills in writing and speech
- Friendly appearance, assertiveness, reliability, and willingness to work
- Familiarity with MS Office
