Engineering Team Lead - Application Infrastructure

Gong is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to spearhead the development of core frameworks and services that power their ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot, leading technical teams, and building complex systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of Java & Spring Boot
• Experience with PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, SQS, or Kafka
• High proficiency with AWS services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
