Job Description
Tulip, a leader in AI-native frontline operations, is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to lead a high-performing team of software engineers. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of SaaS software engineering experience, experience in people management, and strong understanding of testing and deploying systems in multicloud/multitenant environments.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of SaaS software engineering experience
- 2+ years in people management leading a software team
- Strong understanding of testing and deploying systems in multicloud/multitenant environments
- Familiarity with integrating software components and third-party technologies
- Experience architecting systems that integrate agentic and generative AI capabilities
