Requirements
- 8+ years of customer facing experience in a solution engineering role (pre-sales) or a combination of solution engineering and other relevant work experience.
- Experience with sales technology: CRMs, cloud architecture, or telephony / web conference systems.
- Understanding of security and privacy pertaining to SaaS systems.
- Understanding of key sales personas and workflows (including forecasting and prospecting) within a GTM organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Able to make the complex sound simple!
