They are seeking a Design Director (Ready-to-Wear) to collaborate with the Creative Director in creating a trendy and sellable line, ensuring brand integrity and quality.

Requirements

• Researches trends and applies them to the brand.
• Mentors and provides inspirational leadership.
• Manages design process from sketch to production.
• Oversees trimmer and sample orders.
• Collaborates with teams to manage production and costs.
• Participates in fabric selection and trade shows.
• Meets with vendors and graphic designers.
