Job Description
We're seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales and exceed performance expectations, focusing on customer experience and staff development, in a high-growth retailer with opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail/sales experience
- 1+ years of Leadership & Management experience
- Proven ability to create a culture of accountability and dedication to excellence
- Motivational skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Analytical and critical thinking ability
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Understanding of financial statements and budget management
