Job Description
We're looking for a freelance video designer who can create paid social ads that convert. You'll work remotely up to 10 hours a week, collaborating with our performance marketing team on creative deliverables across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Requirements
- Concepting and producing paid social ads end-to-end with direct focus on conversion
- Confident working across the full creative spectrum: pure motion graphics, hybrid UGC/graphics, and everything in between
- Experience briefing UGC creators, not just editing their footage
- Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects (or comparable tools)
- Sharp instincts around pacing, typography, and visual hierarchy in small formats
- Experience working fast, incorporating feedback well, and delivering clean work under deadline pressure
