Job Description
Good Inside is hiring a Lead Product Manager, Retention to own retention as a business metric, diagnose where parents drop off, and rebuild engagement loops. This is a hands-on player-coach role with a hybrid work environment and competitive compensation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in consumer subscription, habit-forming, or engagement-driven products.
- Proven track record of materially improving engagement and/or retention metrics.
- Experience building or scaling AI-powered consumer products.
- Comfortable working closely with Data / ML teams to ship real user-facing improvements.
- Experience mentoring PMs with a hands-on mindset.
