Senior Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on web development at scale
• Proven track record leading complex cross-stack features from architecture through launch and iteration
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, Tailwind, and modern web technologies (TypeScript, Vercel, etc.), with strong intuition for performance and DX trade-offs
• Strong proficiency in some backend frameworks (examples include FastAPI, Flask, Django, Express) and ORMs (SQLAlchemy or equivalent) for schema design, migrations, and modeling
• Familiarity with modern testing practices (unit with Jest, integration/E2E with Playwright, visual regression with Storybook) and CI/CD automation
• Effective communicator: able to translate technical tradeoffs into business impact for PMs, Designers, and Execs
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
• Payments knowledge: experience building/operating secure, compliant, high-throughput payment flows (Stripe, Apple, Google, etc.)
