Critical Care Nurse Manager responsible for clinical, operational, and administrative management of a surgical department and ICU, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or MBA preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required; CNOR and/or CCRN strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of recent critical care and/or perioperative nursing experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or charge nurse experience in ICU or OR
- Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and Title 22 regulations
