OFFICE MANAGER

The Office Manager is an exempt position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a medical facility, including staffing, financing, policymaking, and patient care.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain computerized record management systems
• Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel
• Direct or conduct recruitment, hiring, and training of personnel
• Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures
• Conduct and administer fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, and coordinating financial reporting
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and employees
• Address patient complaints
• Manage staff with coverage for vacation, call ins
• Complete Inventory control and orders
• Supervise, triage, schedulers and MAs
• Ensure logs are compliance
• Work with insurance companies and health agencies to ensure the clinic/department is compliance
• Complete staff random Audits
