Hospice LPN

Hospice LPN position at Good Shepherd Community Care, a community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization. Travel is required and care is provided in patient’s private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest. Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care, patient/family evaluations, pain management, symptom control, and communication.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (MA license)
• A minimum of two years prior experience in community health, long term care facility, oncology, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to be a team player and work harmoniously with patients, families, co-workers, and management.
