Job Description
We are seeking a Per Diem Home Care Aide to provide hospice client care within their scope of practice. Travel is required for this position, and a car is a must.
Requirements
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Massachusetts with a minimum of 75 hours of clinical study
- Experienced working with diverse populations
- Professional, reliable, organized, and effective communication skills
