Weekend Nurse

Named by the Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts, Good Shepherd Community Care seeks a Registered Nurse to join its expanding On-Call team, providing care in patients' private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of MetroWest.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
• 2 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year of hospice or equivalent nursing experience
• Sensitivity to and knowledge about end-of-life issues
• Comfortable working with socioculturally diverse patients/families
• Demonstrates ability to manage pain and control symptoms
• Demonstrates flexibility and multitasking abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Adaptable to frequently changing patient needs
• Adaptable to technology
