Job Description
Job Purpose: Machine operators are responsible for operating assigned machinery, including pulling, inspecting and hanging plastic fishing lures as the bait generated and expelled from the machine molds while ensuring proper care and safety guidelines are meticulously followed.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others to ensure the prospects of a safe and productive work shift.
- Good communication skills.
- Report to assigned operating machines in a timely manner at the beginning of shift.
- Must be able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
- Frequent walking and movement between assigned machines.
