Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing product development for outdoor categories, maintaining schedules, and creating relationships with overseas factories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Project Manager
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the cutlery industry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Production Management, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
• 5+ years of experience handling multiple projects simultaneously each 6+ months in duration
• 5+ years of overseas communication and negotiation
• In-depth understanding of the outdoor and hunting product development process
• Strong knowledge, experience, and understanding of different types of steels, feeders, shooting accessories, hunting accessories, etc.
• High organizational skills, managing the intricacies of multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation skills to find solutions that meet project expectations
• Proficiency in utilizing computer applications, including e-mail, MS Office, and project management tools like Monday.com
• Hands-on experience with the design and production processes related to outdoor, hunting and shooting accessories
• Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
