Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a comparable role (CS or sales)
- Passion for learning & development, help organizations and people grow and strong affinity for commerce and digital learning solutions
- Healthy dose of empathy, fluent Dutch and English, knowledge of French a plus
- Customer-focused, solution-focused, can handle challenging situations and derive satisfaction from presenting to large groups of people
