Job Description
The Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Service position works hand-in-hand with customers and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure that product needs are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Build relationships with customers who are calling in and placing product orders.
- Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking phone orders and servicing walk-in customers.
- Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.
- Verify order delivery method for accuracy.
- Coordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives.
- Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs.
