Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth tech startups.
Requirements
- Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Exam) or US lawyer
- Significant experience in commercial contract law, specifically within the Semiconductor, SaaS or Software Licensing sectors
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, being pragmatic, proactive, and capable of explaining complex legal concepts to non-lawyers
- Uncompromising eye for detail without losing sight of the 'big picture' business objectives
