Capital Markets Director, Project Finance

GoodLeap is a technology company delivering financing and software products for sustainable solutions. The Capital Markets Director, Project Finance will join the TPO vertical of the Capital Markets team and contribute to the execution of GoodLeap's strategy for funding and managing its solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.

Requirements

• Manage junior team members
• Manage and support the development, refinement, and implementation of financial models
• Support the management of and deepen relationships with existing investors
• Manage various consultants and subcontracted service companies
• Collaborate with internal and external counsel to review, negotiate, and finalize definitive documentation
