Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of coaching and leading other project managers
- Active PMP certification, Scrum (CSM/PSM), and/or Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher
- Experience in Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Basecamp
- Knowledge of Figma
- Ability to build complex, automated systems
- Proven ability to think strategically and build solid communication plans
- Comfortable leading the charge for major change management initiatives
