GoodRx is seeking a motivated individual with a mixed-methods research background to serve as an Insights Manager. The Insights team is looking for a strategic thinker who can translate data into insights that address business needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in consumer/user experience research or analytics and a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience and a Masters degree.
- Extensive experience with survey design, sampling, weighting and basic statistical analysis is required.
- Expertise in Alchemer or Qualtrics is required.
- Experience with Dscout, UserInterviews, or similar qual tool.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Redshift, and Tableau is required.
- Presentation building skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and a good eye for concise data visualization.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
