- Arborist II qualifications
- 2-year experience
- Ability to climb trees

- Tree identification, identifying basic PHC issues
- Ability to use company equipment
- Teaching safety and equipment operation to trainees
- Ability to identify hazards and respond to dangerous situations
- Physical ability to work in varying conditions and heights
