Provider Manager - Licensed NP/PA

Urgent Care for Kids is seeking a Provider Manager (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support, develop, and lead the provider team in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The role includes administrative time to manage performance, scheduling, and quality initiatives, while remaining clinically engaged.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a licensed NP or PA (pediatric or urgent care experience preferred)
• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred

Benefits

• Total Compensation: Estimated $135,000-$160,000 annually
• Paid clinical hours
• Administrative hours paid at a bi-weekly stipend (salary)
