You shape how guests remember their holiday by being the connection point between guests and the hotel team. You'll work in Greece and relocate for the season, with accommodation and meals provided. Your days will be filled with creating comfort and preventing dissatisfaction for guests.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service is important
- Communicate confidently in English
- German or French skills are a big advantage
- Empathetic but structured
- Stay calm when conversations become emotional
- Don't take complaints personally β solve them professionally
