- Substantial leadership experience spanning Sales and Marketing in B2B environment
- Previous experience in sales team leadership and sales operations
- Skilled in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management
- Experience in scaling sales organizations and entering new markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- International or multi-region sales leadership experience
- Fluent in English
