Job Description
Join Goodwill of Central Oklahoma and help support our mission to provide training, employment and supportive services for people with disabilities or disadvantages. This part-time IT Help Desk Support position is responsible for assisting with IT support and assistance to end users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
Requirements
- 6 months experience troubleshooting PC/software related issues
- 1 year of IT Help Desk Experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
