Training Specialists | Behavioral Health | 1st & 2nd Shifts

Train, support, advocate, and supervise individuals with developmental disabilities or other barriers to work in a community setting as independently as possible.

Requirements

• Prepare program participants for community-based employment
• Provide coaching, mentoring and support in the community
• Work with onsite MH Clinician and demonstrate an understanding of basic mental health principles
• Establish expectations of a workplace environment
• Participate in behavior support practices
• Maintain a safe workplace and comply with all state and federal safety and health regulations
• Complete required paperwork
• Perform other related duties as assigned
