Customer Service/Production Associate

Customer Service/Production Associate assists customers, prepares product for sale, and performs various tasks for the efficient operation of the store, including cashiering and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Sort, containerize, label, and prepare donated items for sale
• Salvage product according to procedure and complete documentation
• Accurately check out customers and complete sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain store and surrounding area in a clean and pleasing appearance
• Timely arrival at the workplace and consistent attendance
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow safety rules and agency policies and procedures
