Job Description
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for an Assistant Retail Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in managing the retail store, ensuring staff are trained, customers are satisfied, and sales are profitable.
Requirements
- Assist in exceeding budgeted sales and gross margin goals for assigned store
- Promote good donor and customer relations, service and communication
- Merchandise the sales floor with an attractive display of quality goods
- Hire, train, retain, motivate, and communicate with store employees
- Maintain safety standards in the store
