Job Description
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking a Full Time Retail Supervisor for their Oxford Store, located at 190 S. Washington, Oxford, Michigan. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training store staff, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers a competitive salary of $19 an hour, plus a 20% discount on in-store purchases, and opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of general retail or customer service experience
- Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policy and procedures
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help
