SSVF Case Manager

The SSVF Case Manager will provide case management services to veterans and their families, including financial assistance, healthcare navigation, legal services, and community advocacy. The position requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of organizational practices, and ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Knowledge of organizational practices, policies and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, county and local laws, regulations, and requirements
• Skill in operating various word-processing, spreadsheets, and database software programs
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate individual client care programs
• Ability to drive safely and efficiently
